We offer free return for CLOTHING only.
We are sorry we can not accept to return ALL PRINTED CUSTOM PRODUCTS. They are made to order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchasing within the first 30 days after receiving it, you may return it.
1. We offer free return for all customers in the US. Please email us at: info@danakids.com, we will send you return shipping label.
2. Returned merchandise will only be accepted in its original conditions. Products are unwashed, unworn, unused.
3. All tags are still attached. Dana Kids does not accept merchandise with missing tags.
4. For international orders, all applicable duties or taxes are to be paid buy the customers.
5. Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Dana Kids will credit the customer's account for the amount paid on for returned items. Shipping cost (if paid) will not be refunded.
Attention: All baby accessories must be used under adult’s supervision.
